Switch Organizations
Pick the Bilbis organization you want to work in.
What this means
Some users belong to more than one Bilbis organization. The Workspace picker and organization switcher let you choose which organization you are working in.
The selected organization controls the products, repositories, pipelines, members, billing, and settings you see.
When to use it
Switch organizations when:
- You belong to multiple customer, team, or environment organizations.
- You accepted a new invite and need to enter that organization.
- You are checking whether data belongs to the right organization.
- You need to create a separate organization.
Before you start
You need an active session. If you are not signed in, Bilbis redirects you to login.
If you do not belong to any organization, Bilbis shows the Workspace picker, where you can accept an invite or create an organization.
What the Workspace picker shows
| Item | What it means |

| Workspace name | The organization you can enter. |
| Role | Your role in that organization. |
| Current | The organization currently active in your session. |
| Pending invites | Invitations you can review and accept. |
| Create workspace | Starts a new organization where you become owner. |
If you belong to only one organization and have no pending invites, Bilbis can send you directly to that organization's dashboard.
Steps
- Open the Workspace picker or use the organization switcher in the app shell.
- Review pending invites if any are shown.
- Choose the organization you want to use.
- Bilbis opens that organization's dashboard.
To create a separate organization:
- Open the Workspace picker.
- Select Create workspace.
- Enter a name.
- Review the generated slug.
- Create the organization.
The slug uses lowercase letters, numbers, and dashes. It appears in organization URLs.
What happens next
After switching, Bilbis uses the selected organization for routes, data, permissions, and provider access.
If something looks missing after switching, confirm you are in the intended organization before changing settings.
Problems and fixes

| You are sent straight to a dashboard | You likely have one organization and no pending invites. |
| You see no organizations | Accept an invite or create an organization. |
| You cannot access an expected organization | Ask an owner or admin to invite you. |
| You see the wrong role | Roles are per organization. Check the role displayed on the picker. |
