Plans and usage

Understand Bilbis plans, subscription status, and usage limits.

What this means

The Billing page shows the plan and usage limits for the selected organization. It helps owners and admins understand the current subscription, how much of each quota is being used, and which self-serve plans are available.

Billing is organization-specific. If you belong to more than one organization, switch to the right organization before reading plan or usage numbers.

Before you start

You need access to the organization. Users can view billing details when the page is available to them, but only organization admins and owners can change the subscription.

Billing changes may be unavailable in development, staging, or any environment where Stripe billing is not configured.

Current plan

The top card shows:

Current planThe organization's active plan.
Subscription statusWhether the subscription is active, trialing, past due, canceled, or suspended.
Trial endWhen a trial organization is expected to leave the trial period.
Manage billingOpens the billing portal when the organization has an active subscription and you have permission.

Plan statuses

StatusWhat it means
ActiveThe subscription is working normally.
TrialingThe organization is in a trial period.
Past dueA payment issue needs attention. Admins should open the billing portal.
CanceledThe subscription has been canceled. Access may be limited depending on the plan state.
SuspendedThe organization is suspended. Contact support or an operator.

Usage limits

The Usage card shows the current organization usage against plan quotas.

SeatsNumber of organization members using the plan's seat allowance.
Pipelines this monthNumber of monthly pipeline runs counted against the plan.
ProductsNumber of products created in the organization.

Usage bars turn more noticeable near the quota and highlight when usage is over the limit.

Bilbis uses these plan names in the Billing page:

The self-serve plan cards show price, seats, monthly pipeline quota, product quota, and whether the plan is the current plan.

Monthly and annual billing

The plan selector supports:

Billing intervalWhat it means
MonthlyPay month to month.
AnnualPay yearly. The UI shows an approximate 17% savings note.

Changing the interval changes the displayed price before checkout.

Problems and fixes

ProblemWhat to check
You cannot change the planOnly organization admins and owners can change subscriptions. Ask an admin to make the change.
Billing details do not loadRefresh the page. If the issue continues, billing may not be configured for the environment.
The plan says EnterpriseEnterprise contracts are managed offline. Contact support for changes, seats, or tier updates.
Usage is near the limitUpgrade the plan, reduce the number of seats/products, or wait until monthly pipeline usage resets.
Payment status is past dueAn admin should open the billing portal and update payment details.
