Profile settings
Update your display name and review your organization memberships.
What this means
Profile settings are personal account settings. They show your account identity and the organizations you belong to.
Your profile is not the same as an organization member record. Admins manage organization roles and membership from the Members page, while you manage your own display name from Profile.
Before you start
You need to be signed in.
Profile uses your current account session. If the page does not load, refresh or sign in again.
Account fields

Display name must not be blank and must be 100 characters or fewer.
Change your display name
- Open Settings.
- Select Profile.
- Edit Display name.
- Select Save.
If you change your mind before saving, use Cancel to reset the field.
Memberships
The Memberships card shows every organization connected to your account.
| Item | What it means |
|---|---|
| Organization name | The organization you belong to. |
| Organization slug | The short identifier used in organization URLs. |
| Active | The organization currently selected in Bilbis. |
| Role | Your role in that organization, such as Owner, Admin, Developer, or Viewer. |
To change a role, an organization admin should use the Members page.
Problems and fixes
| Problem | What to check |
|---|---|
| Save is disabled | The display name has not changed, or the field is invalid. |
| Email cannot be edited | This is expected. Email is the account username and cannot be changed here. |
| A membership is missing | Confirm you accepted the invitation with this same account. |
| Your role looks wrong | Ask an organization owner or admin to check the Members page. |
